Do You Need Help Returning A Product?

Return Policies are just that - policies. As with any other policy, they can be changed or even loosened. However, many times getting the attention you deserve requires the use of an Attorney.

When you become a Legal Service member, you have access to an Attorney in your area that you can call anytime during normal business hours and ask any question about any legal issue, including difficulty in returning a product for a refund.

Here's how you can beter your chances of returning a product...

As a Legal Service member, you simply call your Attorney (no extra charge), tell them your situation and that you are having a difficult time with a return policy. Your Attorney may decide to either:

• Place a phone call on your behalf to a representative of the company that is denying you a refund

• Or, your Attorney will most likely send a legal letter to the company and let them know that you are being advised of your rights as a consumer and that they are being neglected or abused.

What if it's only a $50 sweater?

It doesn't matter what you're trying to return or how much it costs. The point is that you are being denied a refund that you may be entitled to and you aren't getting the attention that you need.

As a Legal Service member, you can simply tell them that you'll let your Attorney handle the situation... and actually mean it!
